Why has Cuomo seemingly forgot about Madoff and the testimony of Markopolos? What is to be gained by disclosure of the recipients of ML bonuses? No reason is given for demanding disclosure other than voyeuristic pandering to impress simpletons. As a taxpayer I do not want disclosure in the absence of wrong doing. It is essentially un-American to harass Lewis and his management.
So why has Markopolos's testimony been put to rest? Possibly Cuomo and Frank have no stomach for the danger. Lewis has merely provided a smokescreen. Where is Bobby Kennedy when you need him?
