Of course they should. They have to. After all, Barney Frank in his sanctimonious and naive tirade said that the TARP money could be returned the "next day." Barney promised that there would be no stipulation to interfere with immediately returning the TARP money.
As a shareholder in GS, I would much rather take a hit by dilution that risk capital hill building more straw men and while some loose cannon lights a match. GS must discard the self-serving agenda of capital hill. Lambright is an embarrassment to people who truly pay their taxes.
